all vj pieces are made to order, made in your size (to your measurements)....should you desire something made especially for you please see details of our bespoke services below ...

payment...

as everything is made to order, payment must be made before production can start....  

when ordering on line you can pay in full or enjoy one of the payment plans with paypal pay in 3 or pay later.
if you need something more bespoke, please get in touch… a non refundable 50% deposit must be made to place order & we can discuss options to pay the balance with more ease...

lead time...

in all honesty, this can vary from style to style.... it is advised to allow at least 6 months... 
if you need in a hurry please get in touch & we will do our v best to help... a rush fee may be needed to prioritise fabric deliveries and production placement

alterations... 

vj does not offer an alterations package at the moment as it’s best for you to use a local alteration service ...  

delivery ... 

vj uses royal mail special delivery, which will be added at the checkout. this ensures that your pieces are deliver safely, tracked and fully insured... for international shipping please contact the studio for a quote... any customs charges are your responsibility.  

refunds...   

as all vj pieces are made to order we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges... if are unhappy for any reason please contact the studio within 48 hours to discuss...

in the unlikely event we cannot process your order for any reason such as fabrics being discontinued, you will be in touch immediately with alternative options or to cancel order if necessary.

bespoke services.... 

how it works .. 

wanna make some magic?....contact the studio to arrange an initial consultation, together we can discus your requirements and inspiration to develop ideas

following this sketches and swatches will be presented, and subsequent appointments made for development and fittings... once the final design, fabrics and fit have been confirmed your dream piece will be made.. you will be invited to the studio for a final fitting ... any minor alterations made and away you go... into the sunset with your love! ...

 

payment...

a 50% non refundable deposit is required before design work commences. this is based on an estimated quote for your piece, since at this stage all fabrics and details will not have been confirmed.

once style, fit and fabrics have been confirmed a final quote will be made and balance payment required.

you will be invited for a further fitting once your final garment is ready. if you require any additional unexpected last minute alterations made at this stage, an additional alteration charge may be applied.

lead time ...

lead times for this service can vary depending on order. we will discuss this at your initial appointment and confirm an estimated hand over date. we always try our best to accommodate short deadlines, as we appreciate that sometimes there simply isn’t the luxury of notice for that special occasion. if this is the case please specify when making an appointment.... always a sucker for a love story however we may need to add a small priority fee to make this happen....

Delivery ...

we recommend personal collection which will be discussed during your appointments... if this is not possible, garments will be sent by your chosen carrier. any delivery & insurance costs will need to be paid ahead of garments being sent, once on transit they are your responsibility.
